Vendor Opportunities
Vendor spaces are approximately 10’–12′ and include one table per space (please let us know if a table is not needed). Additional spaces are available for $150 subject to availability.
Standard Vendor – $250
Plus door prize donations totaling $50 or more
- One vendor space/table
- Inclusion in vendor list
- Conference admission and meals for one person
- Additional spaces: $150 each
Bronze Vendor – $350
Plus door prize donations totaling $100 or more
- One vendor space/table
- ¼-page program ad
- Conference admission and meals for one person

Silver Vendor – $550
Plus door prize donations totaling $300 or more
- Two vendor spaces/tables
- ½-page program ad
- Conference admission and meals for two people
- Additional spaces: $150 each
Gold Vendor – $650
Plus door prize donations totaling $400 or more

- Full-page program ad
- Conference admission and meals for two people

If additional worker conference admissions/meals are needed, they can be purchased using the conference ticket link.

Supporter Sponsor – $1,000+

Swag Contributors
Contribute useful items for attendee bags such as hive tools, lip balm, pens, cups, queen markers, stress balls, and similar items.
Swag Bag Inserts
Brochures, coupons, or one-page promotional materials may be included with any level of sponsorship, advertising, or vendor participation. Space is limited to small inserts only.
Program Advertising
Programs are anticipated to be booklet form as last year. A full page ad = 5.5″ x 8.5″ (one side of the booklet).
