Annual Conference 2019 schedule of events

The 2019 Conference will be held September 20 and 21, 2019 at the Clanton Conference and Performing Arts Center, 1850 Lay Dam Road Clanton, Alabama, 35045

Your Conference Chairmal, Gerry Whitaker ( ;) and his staff have developd an outstanding schedule of events for the 2019 Convention.

Please check back here as Conference time approaches for last minute changes.

We will have several vendors at the meeting, including four of the major beekeeping supply vendors: Kelley Beekeeping, Rossman Apiaries, Mann Lake and Dadant & Sons along with several other smaller vendors. Click here for the vendors that have confirmed that they will be coming. Our major vendors will bring your pre-ordered items to you for little or no shipping charge. Some supplier may be unable to do this because they fly here, however most in this category will ship free, all orders of $100 or more if placed at the convention. Make sure and verify this with whatever supplier you choose to make sure they offer this option.

We will have our even larger honey show this year.   Click here for the latest rules for the current show. (these are new rules for 2019)

The most important thing you can do is register early. We need to know how many are coming, how many to feed, how many chairs, how many name tags, etc. With an anticipated crowd of over four hundred, we cannot wait until the last minute. Please register as soon as possible. The fee for two days is $45 if your registration is received prior to September 12th and $65 if received after September 12.

Your registration fee will feed you both days, continental breakfasts; Friday lunch, Friday evening banquet, and Saturday lunch.

We are looking forward to another great meeting and to seeing all of you there.
